Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt).
Please note: Items marked as "Final Sale" or customized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Email us at Info@maison825.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning your item.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund.
